Thankful for Opportunity; Part II

Opportunity exists at each turn (Customer Capture Point CCP).  Marketing Intelligence uses tracking codes in social media, webpages, etc., to track customer behavior and gain a measure of their intent.  It can record which social media thread was followed, which link was clicked or which search term was utilized the most by a customer.  This intelligence allows us / the marketers to more accurately target the development of a nurturing program specifically designed for the buying customer. The technology interface also allows a keen agent / NHS to reach out and make contact with the customer at each CCP throughout the shopping cycle.
